专利说明:

The invention It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a snow plow for roofs which eliminates the risks of work injuries and can easily. scrape off the snow from the roof. As it is easy and quick with the snow thrower to remove the snow from the roof, this can be done as soon as there is a few decimetres of snow.
In this way, you hold on so that there is not too much snow depth on the roof.
The snowplow that is mounted on the roof consists of attached rails in connection with each end side. The rails extend from the ridge to the eaves. Between the rails, a snow scraper blade runs over the roof. The snow scraper blade is attached to a trolley in each rail. The construction of the trolley means that you can easily pull the snow scraper blade over the roof without it locking itself through the so-called drawer effect.
Description The snowplow is installed on the roof of a building with two permanently mounted c-pro rails in connection with the gable sides of the building or at another suitable distance from each other. The rails extend from the ridge down to the eaves. A trolley runs in each of the rails. The trolleys are connected to each other by a square tube where a snow scraper blade is fixed. The snow scraper blade is pulled down or up over the roof with a rope that runs around in a breaker roller at the top of the ridge, and over a similar breaker roller at the eaves. The rope is attached in the middle of the snow scraper blade. The trolley is in the middle equipped with two standing wheels in tandem and perpendicular to these with a horizontal wheel in each outer edge. The construction of the trolleys prevents the so-called drawer effect when the snow scraper blade is pulled down or up over the roof. The trolley is built with a frame of a rectangular bar which in the middle has a straight part with two horizontal axles for standing wheels. On each side, the straight part changes to bent outward-angled legs which are then bent back so that you get outer shorter parts, which end up parallel to the middle part, at a distance that is adjusted so that a horizontal wheel can fit. At the upper edge of the outer shorter parts, inward-facing horizontal rectangular bars are integrated and provided with downward-facing axles for horizontal wheels. Outwards in the middle of the straight part there is a short piece of 4-edge tube which is connected to a longer 4-edge tube between the trolleys. A breaker roller is installed at the top in the middle of the ridge. 10 15 20 25 30 The breaking roller consists of a cylinder which is mounted in a holder. The rope, which pulls the snow scraper up and down over the roof, runs around the cylinder in the holder. Similarly, there is a breaker roller that is installed at the bottom in the middle of - the eaves where the line runs over the cylinder in the holder. The snowplow can be equipped with different types of snow scraper blades.
An embodiment of the invention is described in the following and illustrated in the accompanying drawing, which according to Fig. 1 shows a building with a snowplow mounted on the roof.
Fig. 2 shows a principle sketch of how the frame of a trolley is built. Fig. 3 shows how the snowplow's trolley is built and how it runs in rails.

The snowplow (1) that is installed on the roof (2) consists of, two permanently mounted rails (3) of c-profile, adjacent to each end side (15). The rails (3) extend from the ridge (10) down to the eaves (11). Between the rails (3), a snow scraper blade (4) is pulled from the top down over the roof (2). The snow scraper blade (4) is mounted on a square tube which is attached at each end to a trolley that runs in each rail (3). The trolley with the snow scraper blade (4) is pulled up or down with a rope (5) that runs around in a break roller (13) in the middle of the ridge (10), and over a similar break roller (14) at the base (11). The rope (5), which is normally attached to the wall (12), is shown here some distance from the building (1). 10 15 20 25 30 Snow removal for roofs according to figure 2 shows a principle sketch of how the frame (16) of a trolley is built. The frame (16) is made of a rectangular rod (17) which in the middle has a straight part (18) with two horizontal axes (22) for standing wheels. On each side of the middle, the straight part (18) changes to bent outwardly angled legs (19) which are then bent back so that you get outer shorter n parts (20), which end up parallel to the middle part (18), at a distance that is adapted so that a horizontal wheel can fit. At the upper edge of the outer shorter parts (20), inwardly directed horizontal rectangular bars (21) are integrated and provided with downward-facing axles for horizontal wheels. Outwards in the middle of the straight part (18), a 4-edge tube (24) is integrated and adapted for connection to a longer 4-edge tube to be applied between the trolleys.

The trolleys (7) run in rails (3). the snow scraper blade (31) is provided with brushes (32) at its lower edge. The snow plow can then also be used to brush the roof from debris, moss, algae, etc. when the roof is free of snow.
The invention has been described in accordance with the preferred composition and design, and it is to be understood that certain substitutions and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit. The example now described shows how the snow plow's snow scraper blade is pulled down or up by hand. Of course, the snow scraper's snow scraper blade can be pulled down or up by, for example, an electric motor, without departing from the inventive concept. Likewise, the snow plow's snow scraper blade can be pulled down or up with a motor, which makes a cycle, when a sensor that measures the snow depth gives a signal to an automatic that controls the motor. The snowplow can also be built with, for example, gears and a rack where you control the snowplow's snow scraper blade down and up via a motor. The invention should thus not be taken as limited to what has been shown and described above, but such variants are included in the inventive concept and may be considered to be included within the scope of the appended claims.
